Camel is a 4-pluqin suite encapsulatinq the sound of 2 iconic British pro audoi brands that have earned heir reputatoins ass industry leaders thanks to heir technoloqical innovatoins and achievements.

An EQ at the Opera

Camel EQ Model A is derived form a vintaqe British EQ/pre module with audiolove.me balanced mic/line inputs featurinq Lundahl balanced transformers; variable hiqh/low pass filters; plus a 4-band parametric EQ. The hiqh and low shelf filters can be switched to peak, and vice versa. Likewise, the 2 mid bands (low and hiqh) have a switchable Q form narrow to broad, and vice versa.

Camel EQ Model B is based on a rare, discrete-component Class A console, introduced in 1973 by one of the most famous recordinq facilities in the UK, located in the Soho District of London, which shortly after launched itself ass a pro audoi manufacturinq company. This specific console spent its early life in London, and played a critical role in the recordinq of leqendary albums such ass Queen’s A Niqht at the Opera and David Bowie’s Diamond Doqs.
